Do I need experience in the gym?
No. I coach beginners through to experienced lifters. We start at your level and build from there.
How long should I commit for?
I recommend at least 12 weeks. Real, sustainable progress takes time and consistency.
Do you give meal plans?
I focus on flexible nutrition guidance, example days and clear targets you can actually stick to, instead of strict, boring meal plans.
Where do you coach in person?
I’m based in Manchester, UK. Once you enquire about PT, I’ll send details on location, times and availability.
